I don’t believe that a person can be exclusively heterosexual, or exclusively homosexual. I think that anybody can fall in love with anybody else, even if that person is of the same sex as them, even if they don’t understand it, even if they are gay or straight or whatever.

I’m bisexual for that reason - I am attracted to both men and women, although the attraction is different. I’m primarily physically attracted to men. I’m primarily romantically attracted to women. But I’m physically attracted to a few women, and romantically attracted to a few men.

Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe you can’t fall in love with someone of the same sex if you’re straight, the opposite if you’re gay. I wouldn’t know, because I’m comfortably going both ways. And that seems more natural to me, anyway - My attraction to someone isn’t based on whether they’re a boy or a girl.

Maybe I’m just crazy. Actually, I’m pretty sure I’m crazy. And I’m okay with that.

Yah, I’m pretty sure I’m crazy too… Twisted.

Why do I always want more? I’ll have something wonderful; but in my mind, it’s just not enough. Something good could always be better. Something satisfactory could always be outstanding. I’m driven by this urge to constantly strive for the next best thing. Every relationship, every bit of good fortune, every day… it’s all a struggle to constantly have it better.

This can be a good thing, when balanced correctly and realistically. But more often than not, I drive myself crazy with being discontent. Why am I constantly pushing and pushing for the next step up? Why am I so unable to sit back and simply enjoy what I have, even if it is not perfectly to my liking?

I still haven’t figured that one out. But in the meantime, I’m going to try my hardest to take life as it comes—not looking at what it isn’t, but rather focusing on what it is.

This is something I’ve to learn how to do now too… Just enjoying as it is and not wanting and expecting more from the other half…
